Fix Boiler Breakdown by Installing an ICE VALVE

Client: Mrs E – Huddersfield

The heating failed 6 times during the winter; after 12 hours she found out from her heating engineer’s answer machine message that she could repair the boiler herself – if she could defrost the pipe.

Due to the location of the blockage, she was forced to hang out of her bathroom window, trying in vain to thaw the ice.

She now has an ICE valve installed underneath her boiler and knows what to do this year!
