Constructive Details Ltd is a joint venture set up between Robust Details Ltd and the British Board of Agrément to offer a solution to the thermal bridging issues raised by Part L of the Building Regulations 2010 (England and Wales).
It will offer a range of details that may be chosen by the builder to enable the calculated Ψ-values for such junctions to be used directly in SAP calculations without the 25% penalty otherwise required by the new Regulation being imposed.
