Aims: To design and build a terrace of Low Carbon, affordable homes to rent.
The site has no external renewable, due to limited site space and planning restrictions.

ACH 1.3m3/m2/hr
EPC: B + B

Technologies: Logix ICF ground floor walls, Prefabricated Roof system, Rainwater Harvesting, Triple Glazing (u=0.8w/m2k), Eco-Slab insulated ground floor.

Murton Farm Mews, Nr Darlington, Tyne and Wear

Aims: To build a mixed scheme of houses and flats to Code levels 3 and 4, within existing framework budgets of Housing Associations.

Performance: Code level: 3 + 4
Space Heating: 15kwh/m2/yr
ACH: 2.5m3/m2/hr
