Anyone who wishes to contribute building and construction information to the site, however, must first register as a member.

• ‘Product Provider’ members must have at least one working product Microsite on Wholebuild.co.uk before they can contribute content to the site.
• Service Provider members can contribute content to the site free of charge.
• Other members such as private individuals and DIY enthusiasts can contribute content to the site free of charge.
• All contributed content, in written or image form, must be deemed by Wholebuild.co.uk to be:

1. Relevant to the building and construction industry
2. Current and up to date,
3. Good quality,
4. Interesting and useful to visitors,
5. Not confusing or, in any way, ambiguous.
6. Contain no adult content or profanity,
7. Contain no defamatory or derogatory remarks.

Wholebuild.co.uk may need to contact a contributor for administrative or verification purposes in relation to submitted content.

• By agreeing to our Quality Criteria, the contributor agrees to be liable for the content on Wholebuild.co.uk.

• As part of the ‘Get it online’ procedure, Wholebuild.co.uk verifies and checks all content contributed to the website and maintains their right to refuse items of content, without prejudice and without providing a reason.

• The contributor agrees that Wholebuild.co.uk has permission to edit and adapt any content, without prejudice, where this needs to be carried out for operational or editorial reasons.

• Wholebuild.co.uk reserves the right to remove any content, if necessary, from the site without prior notice.

• Unless otherwise requested, Wholebuild.co.uk will show the contributor’s name and/or logo alongside the submitted material providing a link to either a product or service Microsite (product or service provider), or to information supplied by the contributor (Associate and Professional members).

• Wholebuild.co.uk reserves the right to monitor and authenticate any product and service reviews submitted by members to ensure that they are a genuine reflection of another’s person’s unbiased opinion.

• Wholebuild.co.uk requires that any promotions, offers and discounts shown on the website are regularly checked, edited, updated or removed by the product provider to ensure that they are always current and valid. Wholebuild.co.uk requires contributors to honour any commitment they make to the end-users and comply with their legal responsibilities in this respect.
